Dr. Jaclyn Shetterly (she/her/hers) is an Assistant Professor of Communication Studies at the University of Alabama. Her research primarily focuses on social support for and disclosure of victims/survivors* of sexual assault. She has also done work on Title IX and effective Resident Advisor communication regarding mandatory reporter status. Finally, to combine her passions for research and teaching, she has co-authored work with colleagues from Bowling Green State University on inclusive pedagogy and service learning.
Having grown up in Michigan, Jaclyn is excited to be in the Deep South and explore the world of BBQ and Southern cooking. |
